Our Commitment to our Referring Dentists.
- Your patient will be contacted within 48 hours of your referral being received. If initial contact cannot be made, we will endeavour to make contact with follow up calls and written correspondence.
- Your patient will receive a full range of treatment options. They will be provided with a comprehensive treatment plan which will detail the risks and benefits of treatment and also the associated fees.
- You will receive regular correspondence from us regarding your patient’s care. This includes confirmation once we have received your referral, following the patient’s consultation visit and when treatment has been completed.
- We guarantee that only the treatment that the patient has been referred for will be performed.
- If we feel that your patient requires supplementary treatment as part of their care you will be contacted regarding this and to obtain authorisation. Alternatively, we advise the patient to arrange a visit with yourself to have this treatment carried out.
- Your patient will receive full guidance information on maintenance and aftercare.
