Dental Hygienist

Sarah started her career in the Dental Profession in Trinity College Dublin. She qualified as a Dental Hygienist in 2006 in Cork University College. Sarah is a registered with the Irish Dental Council and the General Dental Council. Since qualifying she has worked in Private Practice and in a Maxillofacial unit in the UK.
Sarah has over 19 years experience working in the Dental Setting and previously Qualified as a Dental Nurse at Trinity and worked here in the HSE and in Jersey.
Sarah’s ability to put patients at ease is one of her assets. Through her years of experience in Dentistry she is able to communicate well with the patients and can assess their individual needs. As a mum of 2 children she understands how to deal with Children and make them feel very comfortable in the Dental World!
She regularly attends lectures and courses where she has Completed the Local Anaesthetic Course and Temporary Fillings and re-cementing of crowns in Trinity College.
In the UK she has gained excellent experience working with patients undergoing chemotherapy and radiation treatment with Head and Neck Cancer patients, she has experience working with a Consultant Restorative Dentist.
Sarah keeps up to date with new aspects of Dentistry and oral health.
In her spare time Sarah likes to go walking in our Local Forest Park and spending time with her children and family and friends.
