Dr Niamh Rice B.A. B.Dent.Sc MFDS RCSEd qualified from Trinity College Dublin in 2013 with an Honors degree and GSK award for best dissertation. Following graduation she completed a year in the Dublin Dental University Hospital as House Officer, gaining valuable experience in many areas of dentistry. She then moved to the UK where she worked for a year as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Chichester, West Sussex.
In 2015 she completed membership exams to the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh (MFDS RCSEd) and returned to Ireland to pursue a career in general practice.
Niamh enjoys all aspects of dentistry and provides a high standard of care for all her patients in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Niamh regularly undertakes clinical professional development through courses and conferences. She completed an Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry course in the Eastman Dental Institute London, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Endodontics (root canal treatment). She also has a keen interest in children’s dentistry. and is a member of the Irish Dental Association.
Outside of dentistry, Niamh loves spending time with family and friends, and travelling to warmer climates!
