Guarantee Policy
At Boyne Dental & Implant Clinic we want all our patients to have complete confidence in our services. All dental treatments are carried out by our experienced clinicians to the highest standards using the best available materials and techniques. In addition to our confidence in our work, for your peace of mind, should you encounter problems with the treatment we provide, we offer a 3 year guarantee for our fillings, root canal fillings, inlays, veneers, crowns and dental implants.
If you find your filling, root filling, inlay, crown, or dental implant needs replacing within 3 years of the treatment being performed, you will not be charged for your replacement, except where:
Guarantee exceptions:
- Your treatment was not performed at Boyne Dental & Implant Clinic
- Your treatment was performed as a temporary measure
- An alternative, more suitable treatment was recommended
- In the instance of dental implants, additional treatment was advised prior to an implant treatment taking place, such as bone grafting, and was declined by you
- You need a replacement as a result of trauma or medical conditions over which we have no control (eg diabetes)
- It’s not suitable to provide an exact replacement
- You’ve had additional treatments performed on that tooth since your initial treatment
- You have not attended our practice for dental checkups and hygiene as prescribed by your dentist. We will send you reminders in line with what has been prescribed for you
- You are a grinder or clencher and the risks associated with same were discussed with you at your consultation
- You are a smoker or have a poor diet leading to decay
- You have poor oral hygiene and fail to follow instructions as prescribed by your dentist or hygienist on how to care for your dental work
