Dr Brian Vaughan

Practice Limited to Endodontics

Dr Brian Vaughan qualified from Queen’s University Belfast in 1998. After working in England for three years, he returned to Ireland and has worked in private practice since then. Following several endodontic courses and investing in a dental microscope 7 years ago, he has developed a special interest in Endodontics. This has lead to studying a Masters in Endodontics (MSc) at King’s College London and is currently in his final year of study. All treatments provided are carried out under rubber dam and using microscope magnification. Brian has undertaken further training in the use of CBCT (3-D imaging) and is able to utilise this to improve the diagnosis, treatment and outcome of endodontic treatment when indicated. Brian is an active member of the Irish Dental Association and British Endondontic Society.

Outside of dentistry Brian is married with three young children and is a keen gardener.
